Eagle films stretches its roots back to as far as 1949, when Ahmad Sannan started his career. During this time, the industry was very different from today, and the market was mainly open to Arab media establishment of some of the very important theatres in Beirut.

After catering Arabic movies and media to the Lebanese market, Jamal Sannan established Eagle Films in 1992. Eagle Films' main scope of business is the distribution and production of foreign films for various kind of media channels due to the massive advance in the movies market, like theater, DVDs, Television, VOD, PPV, free satellite, Pay TV, etc...
Eagle films has been the pioneer in distributing many of the most successful movies in terms of box office performance.
